The vision for The Bottle Blonde Salon is to be known for providing an exceptional salon experience with high-end services. Custom looks that are effortless. We want you feeling pampered, relaxed and more beautiful! A space where everyone feels they are the main character in a cutting edge generation.

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours: If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, you will be rescheduled at no charge.

  • Less that 48 hours: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

  • Less than 24 hours: No shows and appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service.

Refunds

  • We want all guests of The Bottle Blonde Salon to love their hair. If you get home and decide you don’t like something due to technical error, reach out to the salon within 48 hours to schedule an adjustment appointment. We are happy to rectify any mistake made on our end.

  • The adjustment must be scheduled within 7 days of your original date of service. Due to the extensive time and product spent during custom color appointments, we do not offer refunds.

Consultations

  • All services begin with a thorough consultation - The most important part of the appointment. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As wishes are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns, allergies or medical conditions. Our service providers will also offer product recommendations, as well as discuss routine maintenance.

  • Before the service is performed, the stylists will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used. We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing estimations on color changes and corrections. Please understand some service requests will take multiple visits.
